As we went to print for the first issue of The Outlier, the world was reeling from the shock of Trump’s tariffs. The markets were more volatile than they had been at any point since 2008, and businesses of all sizes were, and possibly still are, scrambling to work out how they’ll be affected, and for how long. But volatility and unpredictability is the new normal: as you’re reading this we have no idea what might have changed and changed again...
